- Device type (PC, MAC, iPad etc)
- Operating system (Windows 10, MAC OS, IOS 15, etc.)
- Browser make and version (Chrome Version 103.0.5060.66 (Official Build) (64-bit) etc.)
- URL if available (copy from browser bar)
- Any screen shots of the issue or, if complex, a PowerPoint with screen shots showing user journey to replicate issue.
